THIS AMENDMENT AGREEMENT (the "Amendment") is made this day of , 200-, by and between ABC Company, a corporation duly organized and existing under the law of the Republic of Korea, with its principle place of business at ----------------(ABC Copmpany 의 주소기재)(the "ABC") and Hope Company, Ltd., a corporation duly organized and existing under the law of the --------------------, with its principle place of business at ______________________________ (the "_____") to amend and supplement the ------------ (Name of Agreement) made by and between the Parties on ___________ (원계약 체결 임)(the "Original Agreement").

 

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

 

1. Article 1 of Original Agreement shall be replaced in its entirety by the following provision:

2. Article 2 of Original Agreement shall be added by the following sentence.

3. Article 3.1 of Original Agreement shall be amended as following.

6. Except as hereinabove expressly agreed and amended, all of the terms and conditions of

the Original Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
