1.

"A" and "B" make the contract for processing with supplied materials which is necessary for

production of NET BAG.

2.

"A" provides "B" with all the necessary needed for the production of NET BAG(Refer to Below)

in terms of CIF QINGDAO, CHINA SEA PORT and "B" provide "A" with the finished NET BAG.

3.

"A" do not demand "B" material charge.

4.

"A" pays "B" USD10,000- by T/T and "B" delivers the goods to "A" in terms of FOB QINGDAO,

CHINA SEA PORT.

5.

Partial Shipment is allowed.
