Dear Sirs,

 

We thank you very much for the 3 samples concerning your invoice of 25.5. 1999 but we miss the prices and color cuts.

If your prices are competitive we can sell a lot of your goods. The samples you sent us is in the right line, and we ask you to send more samples concerning your letter of 7.5.1999.

We have a customer who wants to have an offer in ladies blouses in plain velours material, in ladies shirts with short and long sleeves, plain and printed polyester/cotton and in jersey. Further, he wants to have some T-shirts in different colors.

We hope it will be possible for you to send us the prices, color cuts and new samples very soon, and please give us statement about "Terms and conditions" concerning our letter of 15.5.1999.

Please always send the samples in small parcels by airmail, because this small parcels come to us very quickly.
