영문 부동산 중계계약서(REAL ESTATE PROPERTY SALES OF AGREEMENT)

LLREAL ESTATE PROPERTY SALES OF AGREEMENT

 

The buyer and the seller, both parties will accept the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Indication of the real estate property

No.1 The seller offers to purchas for the purchas price upon the real property as follers

No.3 If there is any unsettled amount in the title of the properties the seller shall remove any deficiency and dedt of the title before the delivery of the complete ownership of the properties to the buyer unless otherwise both parties agree to transfer such debts to the buyer .

 

No.4 the seller shall be responsible for the levied taxes and/or income in relation with the properties which were incurred before rhe derevery date of rhe propreties and the buyer by responsible for such obligation incurred after the delivery date.

The local tax will be levied to the party whom the local tax law designates as a proper taxpayer of the relevant case.

 

No.5 Both party, the seller and the buyer, will have the right to terminate the agreement until rhe second payment of the total concract amount(or just remaining balance) is paid by the buyer on condition that the seller would repay the same amount of the contract deposite again or the buyer would give up the deposite.

 

No.6 Each party shall pay the commission of the brokerage to the broker on the date of the signing the agreement. Such commission shall be payable even in the case of early termination of the agreement by either party unless such termination was caused by either advertent act or default by the broker.

* By the laws of the real estate brokers No.17. and N0.19, the agency will provide to the both parties to the both parties attached the document of real estate property of confirmation of sales(purchase) and one copy of the firms certification
