Now I am developing a pharmaceutical distributing package.

This package is developing in Visual Basic 6.0 using ActiveX, COM Facilities.

All the reports are used with spread 5 software of Far point technologies. It takes all Product, Customer, Supplier, Manufacturer, Areas, Representative, Accounts, Batch No details.

Generate appropriate reports Production Stock Availability, Batch Number wise, Production wise, Company wise reports & very most important reports Trial Balance, Trading and Profit & Loss Account, Ledger Accounts, Daily Cash/Bank Books and finally Balance Sheet.

As a Programmer I did Live Projects.

* PaddyGold

* Inventory System

* Student Administration System

* Share accounting System

* Payroll System.

 

Operations of the projects:

 

AquaGold:

When we open the package we should enter the price list area wise and it automatically generates the count wise prices. Calculates the Total production, Yielding percentage and generates cost analysis and summary reports.

 

PaddyGold:

Enter procure data, No. of Godown details, variety of paddy details and farmers details and also can use various cash/bank payment/receipts. Generates appropriate reports and stock availability and querying data, trial balance, P&L account, ledger account and balance sheet.

 

Inventory System:

This package collects the information and gives appropriate reports and efficient monitoring and speed.

 

Share Accounting System:

To maintain share holders details, no. of shares allotment details and to remove all problems in manual work.

 

Student Administration System:

It collects the student information, batch details, student performance and fee details. Gives appropriate fee pending, registration no. wise, batch wise, total financial position and summary reports.

Worked as a MIS-Computer Assistant in Youth For Action under State Govt.
