BETWEEN ABC CO., HEAVY INDUSTRY DIVISION AND XYZ COMPANY

 

On October 21, 1992, ABC and XYZ entered into a license Agreement relating to sales of Radwaste Solidification Systems (RSS) in the Republic of Korea. The signatories of this Agreement mutually acknowledge that this Agreement, as signed, must be reviewed and approved by top management company officials of both companies. In addition, the signatories acknowledge that the license Agreement is further subject to approval by the Republic of Korea's government authorities.

 

 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Memorandum of Understanding to be duly executed in duplicate originals by their duly authorized representatives on the day and year first above written.
